Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve set out our policy clearly to keep things fair for everyone.

Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable. This secures your place on the course and covers administration costs.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel your place more than 2 weeks before the course date, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance.

• If you cancel within 2 weeks of the course date, the full course fee will still be due.

Rescheduling

• You can reschedule your booking to another course date if you give us at least 2 weeks’ notice.

• If you request to reschedule within 2 weeks of your course date, the full course fee will still be due to move your booking to a different date.

Why this policy is in place
Our training courses run in small groups to ensure you get personal attention. This means every place is valuable, and late cancellations can’t usually be filled at short notice. We appreciate your understanding.
