Terms & Conditions

Sculpt & Skin Training Academy

These Terms & Conditions apply to all training courses booked with Sculpt & Skin Training Academy. By booking a place, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks before the course date.

• If full payment is not received by this time, your place may be released.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If you cancel more than 2 weeks before your course, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance.

• If you cancel within 2 weeks of the course date, the full course fee is still due.

• Rescheduling is possible if you give at least 2 weeks’ notice. If you request to reschedule within 2 weeks of your course date, the full course fee is due to move your booking.

3. Course Attendance

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss essential content and certificates cannot be guaranteed.

• If you fail to attend without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited.

4. Certificates & Accreditation

• Certificates are awarded only if the course is completed in full and competence is demonstrated.

• All training is CPD accredited. Recognition by insurers may vary — it is your responsibility to check with your provider before booking.

5. Course Content & Models

• Lunch, refreshments, and live models are provided unless stated otherwise.

• Course content may be updated from time to time to reflect best practice and industry standards.

6. Insurance & Licensing

• It is your responsibility to ensure you have (or can obtain) the correct insurance and licences to carry out treatments in your own practice once trained.

• Sculpt & Skin Training Academy cannot be held responsible for any issues arising with insurance companies or local regulations.

7. Refunds (Academy Cancellations)

• In the unlikely event we need to cancel or postpone a course (e.g. illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any payments made.

• We are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs you may incur.

8. Liability

• All training is carried out to a high professional standard. However, Sculpt & Skin Training Academy accepts no liability for any loss or damage to property, or for any injury sustained during training, except where caused by negligence.

• You are responsible for your own conduct and safety while attending.

​

9. Use of Images & Testimonials

• We may take photos or videos during training for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please let us know on the day.

• Testimonials or feedback you provide may be shared publicly (first name only unless otherwise agreed).
